The agreement between you and Wrap when you use the app, the website and the services we provide.
By creating a Wrap account or using any part of the Wrap app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Wrap entity that provides services in your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and resident in a jurisdiction where Wrap is offered. You agree to complete identity verification (KYC) and any checks we are required to perform under applicable law.
Wrap provides a self-custodial brokerage interface built on tokenized EUR. Wrap is a technology and execution interface; it does not take custody of your assets and does not provide personalised investment advice. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.
Wrap is self-custodial. The private keys that control your funds are generated on, and remain on, your device. We cannot access, freeze or recover your keys. If you lose access to your device and your recovery method, you may permanently lose access to your funds. Safeguarding your keys and recovery phrase is your responsibility.
You agree not to use Wrap for unlawful activity, market abuse, money laundering, or to circumvent sanctions or applicable regulation. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms or the law have been breached.
Applicable fees, including transparent execution fees and any subscription charges, are shown in the app before you confirm. Wrap does not sell order flow (no PFOF). We may update fees with reasonable notice.
Information and tools in Wrap, including presets, strategy templates and the in-app assistant, are provided for general information only and are not a personal recommendation. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. See our Risk Disclosure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrap is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your own decisions, loss of keys, or third-party market conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms or the services from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You may stop using Wrap at any time; certain provisions survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable EU law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
